Fair Wins was founded on a simple truth: community strength should not depend on privilege.
After a decade of federal service in emergency management, disaster resilience, and climate policy, our founder recognized a gap between disaster resilience services and community access to those services.
To address this issue, she established Fair Wins to bridge that gap.
Fair Wins’ mission is to help communities connect, prepare, and develop resilience strategies that protect lives, livelihoods, and dignity when disaster strikes.
